Return Period
At Enak Fashion, we offer a 10-day return policy. You have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original condition. This means they should be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Any items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns. These include:

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at support@enakfashion.com to obtain a return authorization.

Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Pack the item securely and include any accompanying accessories or documentation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please follow the return process and specify that you require an exchange. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
International Returns
For international returns, the same policy applies, but please note that we cannot cover return shipping costs, and all international return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
